| With all those errors, it could be a combo of things. I would start with removing the wireless card completly including any software it installed.
Update then clean all spyware and viruses. When you are sure you are clean, make sure you close any apps running before re-install. (including firewall and/or AV temporarily) Both of those can mess with install of other software. (make sure you don't forget to turn those back on when done).
I use AVG - AD-AWARE - and SPYBOT to clean up. (all free apps). Delete any Temp Internet Files, Cookies, & History before re-install from your internet options in control panel.
