First of all, I think that everyone entering this country should have to take the "test" or no entry/worky. Pass, or try again. English, or nothing. You are always going to have your areas, but it gets old fast.

Who are you going to get to work at the plants? You people that don't see the big picture need to really look at it.

Take the packing plant away, and Dodge will be what it was in 75. Nada. There won't even be a Super Wal Mart here.

I know, you don't like my tone, but just hear me out. Although some of you may not hunt, but this Wal Mart pulled the firearm side of things out. Why? If the area was active enough in it, they would still sell guns. This is actually one of the many items people do not really look at.

Where in the hell is the big country bar at? There isn't one. Why, because it won't/doesn't work anymore.

I don't like it all either, but seriously. And who is going to work at the "casino"?

Who do you think. My bet is that it will be 40% Hispanic to start with. Your largest portion of that will be "hotel and restraunt" type jobs. Before you know it, it will be 60% plus.

Another something that I will bring up since I probably have everyone's att'n is that many high school aged girls won't work fast food anymore. Why, lazy? (yes, but). Same thing. There dads won't work at the packing plant anymore, and there mom won't work at the grocery store anymore.

One thing that is obvious is the "white man" don't want to work, so what do you have in an area like this? The Hispanic side of things grows like no other. That is why many of your "north" Dodge residents have Hispanic neighbors, and it will continue to happen this way.

There is a large ag area outside of DC, I will tell you that it is in NM. I won't say where. They have a huge employment problem there. By the way, they have a packing plant but it is a lot smaller than here. The farmers cannot get a white boy to work for nothing. They ship guys in from overseas to work on an 8 month program. This is all going on while the lazy white boys are setting at the coffee shop griping about this going on. IT IS TOUGH WORK, trust me. But man if you don't have a job to support your family, take what you can get. At least until you can get something better.

I touched a lot of points, and am sure I fired up many. I am not that far off. Sorry. I have witnessed this for years.
