| I dont think that the Casino is truly being built to be catered to the tourist.
We are a tourist town for what maybe 4mths a year. A little longer maybe? But still where do yo think mostof the money is going to come from WITHIN the community.
There are so many casinos closer to where the tourists are coming from. I have seen alot of OK tourists and Arizona tourist and im sure that OK has plenty of casinos to go to. I know AZ does (they ar no. 1 for casinos outsid eof Vegas and AC)
The casino is just another place to go to other than the only place they go to here and thats Boothill.
The decline of the tourist in Dodge has been going down for years and the Casino isnt going ot be the saviour of Dodge and its tourism. It will help yes but it will be more trouble than anything for Dodge City IN itself
Gunner I cant wait to see what you have come up with involving the water usage. Im very interested in that and I hope im proven wrong on how much is used with in the plant and used from outside the plant. Im open to learning something new. thanks  |
