| Well, I was raised by parents who believed in spanking. I learned quickly what I could and what I couldn't get away with....believe me.
Richard Pryor use to do a comedy bit where he talked about having to go get his own switch to get spanked with.....I could so relate to that. We had to go out in the back yard, cut a lilac switch, bring it to my dad, who preceeded to spank us with it........if the switch wasn't the right length, you went back out to get a "more adequate" one.......
Spanking was the norm back then...part of the problem now is you have a bunch of idiots raising kids who can't differentiate between spanking and beating.
