You should probably start getting used to the idea, exposed tattoos and piercings are becoming more of the norm nowadays. I think as long as they're not dipping their "dime sized holes" in your food there shouldn't be a problem. It should be up the manager to ensure the ones w/ "holes" have good hygiene before hiring them though.
I work at a hotel w/ tons of corporate guests, I have stretched ears, the only exposed tattoo is the one in my ear, and I've gotten nothing but great responses from them. It's not the body modifications you should be worried about it's the person, just like with anything else. I can tell alot about someone just from their tattoos and piercings and the quality of them, alot (not all) of them are some of the coolest, most intelligent, and open minded people. Most people can't look past them being highly modified so they never get a chance to see that side of them.
