| tat2me82 I must have given the wrong impression. Myself, I don't look down or think any less of people who choose to express themselves through body-art. Tattoo or other wise. I was just trying to point out that there are a lot of people that do.
If I was a business owner it would be my responsibility to consider the consequences of having an employee that could offend my patrons. Its just good business.
Society still stereotypes body art. In the movies we MIGHT see a "good guy" with a single tattoo on the shoulder or arm, but when you see a character with tattoo sleeves or facial piercings you can bet its the "bad guy." We haven't come as far as you might think in excepting this form of self-expression.
I was simply trying to point out that knowing having a multitude of tattoos or piercings DOES cripple your chances in life, why would someone do it any way? Being successful in life is tough enough as it is.
