He he - that's funny! So since they believe the Feds should take care of it, they're not going to do anything at all. What makes them think the Feds are even
aware of Dodge City, Kansas. Isn't that why there's a City Commission - to make the City safe? That's surely not the responsibility of the feds, is it? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
