Hi,
To all of you who think you know so much about Wal-Mart. 1. No our regional vice president was not here in normal street clothes. He was here 3 weeks ago get it straight or don't say anything. Yes our store has issues I will agree. But to sit here and complain about it online. If you feel you can make things better there are hiring kiosks in Site to store and at the Service Desk. Seriously we are hiring. Yes I am a Wal Mart Associate. I'm proud to say that I am one. Can you find the help you need all the time NO and we know that. We aren't stupid we hear your complaints and we try to fix them. You do realize it does take time we are at least 50 associates short right now. So again come apply if you feel you can make a difference. I know Wal-Mart is not perfect in any way. But is where you work perfect?????? If it is well congratulations you found the only job on the face of the planet where you don't have to hear complaints every single day and still keep a smile on your face. Again I'm not saying our store is perfect. But we work our A$$es off to make it the best we can. Thanks for reading just felt the need to write something on here.  |
