1st of ALL Dodgecity, thanks for registering and chiming in. It's great to have someone to give a look at the "other side". As customers to ANY store where a dollar is spent the consumer HAS A RIGHT to give praise or complain and ultimately decide whether to shop there or not. Being short handed is an excuse but at the same time not a reason for some of the poor service that people have gotten there. I'm sure you bust your butt but you can't speak for everyone. Many of us have witnessed the opposite on more than one occassion. That's why we call/email the management in Arkansas. We don't have to work there to make things better. As consumers we are doing the right thing to make things better...talking to the people than can make the changes. If there is a management problem Me and Lurker working there won't make that big of a difference (Actually I'd be ripping some ass up in that joint) but corporate knowing what's lacking in the store and getting feedback from us can make a difference. You obviously care about your job and take the appearance and such of your store seriously. IF that is the case they should put you out front on a pedestal because you are one of the few according to what I see. I applaud this. If there is any insight into the workings of Walmart that you want to share that would be great. By the way, is it true you are getting a new manager at the first of the year?
