| Credibility is a lot like respect. You might respect the hell out of someone that I think is an idiot. Likewise, someone may have high credibility in your book, but I know them to be a fake and liar. Yeah, he'll lose some credibility but I seriously doubt the whole board will. And Bubba don't care!!!
Rumors can be started so innocently - just as a statement taken out of context perhaps or a slip of a tongue that's overheard by someone else. I think we're blowing this a tad out of proportion. Bubba wanted to start something, which he did. The way in which he did it doesn't set well with you and some others, obviously. The way in which he did it doesn't affect me and some others.
It's kinda like the color blue. I see a sky-blue and you see pale blue. Two ways of looking at the same thing.
