Personally, if I owned a business, I would rather hire 3 GOOD workers than 15 BAD workers. It may take longer to get anything done, but at least it will be done correctly and with pride. Opening day is the most important day of business and will either keep 'em comin', or send 'em away. It's all a matter of how long you really want to stay in business.
