| Wow - that's just TMI for me........don't think I would like to have that info out on a site - even if it's owned by the health dept - too easy for insurance companies to hack into - I can't believe they haven't had issues with this. Kinda scary to me - gee what if they put your name in, mail the warning, don't sign and you are in what you THINK is a monogamous relationship??? Sounds like a pandora's box to me.....
