Wal-Mart

I was in Wal-Mart a week or so ago when the Regional VP was there. The service was great. The store was still filthy but the service was outstanding. People were running around doing there jobs and eager to help you. I then went into the store a few day later and everything was back to normal. Did not get greeted, people standing around BSing just like normal. When I got home I email Wal-Mart and let them know what kind of BS we put up with. On my way home tonight I received a phone call from the store Assistant Manager, Adriana. She said she is new to the store and is going to make changes. She told me to call her anytime I am in the store and do not get great service, see employee's standing around, or can not get the help I need because the employee's don't know their jobs. Her cell phone number is 620-521-9291. So by all means feel free to give her a call when you are in there. All she wants is the empolyee's name that you want to complain about. I am also going to call if I get good service from someone as well. If you want to do the same have fun. I have a feeling that we are going to blow up her phone.
