if, you read, as Army hoped you would, thinking there were

MOST people think of RAPE as the "stranger, lurking from an alley, stalking his victim". This is just a rarity. Most 'rapes' are committed by a known perp.
I am not trying to argue with AoO. I am just trying to aid others to think when they read something. The writer usually wants you to see their spin on the issue.
