| shoplifting would be included in the theft numbers......so it looks like that number's exaggerated. I shudder to think what ours will be this year....everywhere we look, the gang crap is moving in - seems like they're following the interstate. The Missouri side is as bad as the Kansas side. I thought I'd want to retire here in the metro when the time came, but I'm questioning that....I don't know where there's a safe place to do that unless it's in a retirement home.
