| I agree. Why should everybody have to pay for the sins of a few? Maybe they should change the damage deposit depending on the reason for the rental. Maybe for those parties, they should charge 10x the normal damage deposit. The places up here wouldn't stand for that for a second. If there were damages above the damage deposit, it would be written into the lease that the lessee was responsible for said damages. And then they'd collect. I can't believe that the rental agreements for the city-owned buildings aren't written more air-tight.
