Yep - there's nothing like receiving your Sprint bill, calling them for an explanation of a $79.95 charge on it and being answered by a citizen of a different country. One, you can't understand a word they say and two, they don't know the art of customer service. He didn't want to tell me what the charge was for. He immediately pointed out that I owed the total and if not paid, would be turned over for collection. I asked to speak to his supervisor, who I couldn't understand either. So I told him I couldn't understand him, he hadn't answered my question to my satisfaction and demanded to be transferred to someone who spoke English as their first language. Whereupon he transferred me elsewhere and I got someone in Canada who was more than helpful. He reminded me what the charge was and I apologized and wrote the check. That's all I wanted. I hate Sprint.
