| Innocent until PROVEN guilty
Many may have a knee-jerk reaction, calling for his suspension. At this time, he has not be convicted of a felony, but the governing body for his license is the KS State Board of Healing Arts, and they will have something to say if he is convicted.
Damage is already done by him being "fingered" for the crime. Many patients are leaving due to this.
