Is it true that it is a felony battery charge due to the amt of $ with damage and the fact that the child endangerment charge was there? I'm not real keen on the law, either.

It appears that he was not at the house of the victim when police arrived. Can he be arrested by the victim's word against his? Still pretty vague about the circumstances, yet.
