| My guess is they're waiting to see what happens with the casino. I have one myself to ask why we still haven't built the SEC, but I now believe waiting may be the best choice. The SEC and casino will compliment each other if done right.
For those who feel "we will never fill the SEC" haven't given much thought to how a casino, if done right, will make that possible. The casino will turn this town upside down, and thats exactly what it needs.
