You are right she only did something about it once she knew about it. You can't fix it if you do not know it is broke. I think the important thing is that she did something about it. I admit that the Asst. Manager should walk around and check on things but working with dumb a**es I am sure she gets tied up dealing with issue after issue. If the lady at the door would have given a sh*t, she would have told whomever she needed to when the carts were getting low. I know that they make sh*t for money but if they do not like their job then quit and get a job they can handle. I know it is hard to greet people when the enter and leave the store and realize the carts are getting low better let someone know.
