I'll play Devil's advocate with ya KC, because I luv ya:
I didn't say to arrest him, I only said the LEGAL points. Just because the officer on site didn't arrest him doesn't mean he didn't commit a crime........Dahmer is a good example.
He did rid the world of a couple of scumbags, no doubt, and did do what most of us would want to, or would do. I do not believe he is a villian, but if I were a prosecutor I would charge him because you can't send a message that vigilantism is condoned.

You are ASSUMING he was doing that. It was not his property they broke into, it was not his family in danger of anything, and his life, if in danger, was because he put himself in danger by confronting them.
