| Well when my house got broke into, they didn't bother to take fingerprints or anything like that. They just thought it would be a good idea to take pictures of the empty places that the stolen items used to occupy about 3 days after the break-in.
Handing out tickets takes little time or effort and could help with earning the city some income from a source other than our already high property and sales taxes. I don't expect them to be everywhere all the time.
Earning the city some income and helping to ensure the safety and welfare of the children that are going to school seems like a pretty noble cause to me.
