Handing out tickets takes little time or effort and could help with earning the city some income from a source other than our already high property and sales taxes. I don't expect them to be everywhere all the time.
Earning the city some income and helping to ensure the safety and welfare of the children that are going to school seems like a pretty noble cause to me. | They could start with upping the fines on people driving w/o a license and insurance...hehehe
