| Players are worht the money they make for the most part. Think about this. AROD makes umteen million a year but people COME to the ball park to see him, buy his jersey, etc. When they are at the ball park they drink more beer and eat more 8$ weiners. He generates a lot of income, not to mention helping the yankees win which generates more income. It is a free market. If they were NOT worth that much then they probably wouldn't be able to get that amount of money.
