| It just doesn't pay not to carry full coverage! My car has been paid for, for years now but I still carry full coverage - cause I don't want to be left out in the cold when it comes to repair. I have heard horror stories of folks with liability only that got hit by an uninsured driver and kapow - the uninsured is taken care of by thier insurance and they are left in the lurch cause they only had liability. Lots of folks consider that a waste of money but I look at it this way - at least between insurance and AAA I know at least my hooptie will get towed and I'll get a loaner. I have been very lucky so far but it sure is nice to know - if they run - I'm not left holding the bag. Course my rates would probably go up but at least I'll still have a set of wheels under me.
