| Well I'm not saying that our leaders have a problem with shooting themselves/us in the foot, but a smoking ban would do just that. Unless they can figure out how to appropriately say you can't smoke in public with the exception of the casino.
Then that may just be their whole idea. What better way to ensure a casino will fail than to ban smoking?
Ever been to Las Vegas and see all those gamblers pulling those levers and puffing on a cigarette? just try and tell that old lady she can't smoke while in the casino.
