The bottom line is that some enforce the standard and some don't. If a kid walks by 4 teachers with his clothing obviously in violation of the dress code and the 5th teacher stops him and makes a correction is that teacher a power hungry teacher or is he just doing the right thing (his job) when the others failed to do it.
