| I understand these benefits are real, but when our smokers take 45 minutes or an hour away from their desk, they simply arent able to produce as much as the nonsmokers. Even adding the 30-minutes to their day doesn't catch it. Cept my newbie. He was quite a catch. I just wish he'd quit smoking. Cuz when he comes into my office with a question, the smoke odor just about kills me! It's on his breath and because he's smoking with a coat on, it's in his clothes. Yuk! Cute kid. But just can't stand the smell!
