Maybe you'd have a different take on the whole thing if one of your parent's died from lung cancer...................due to smoking.
My father smoked his whole life, and died at 86, NOT from lung cancer.

Point being, tobacco is a LEGAL substance. Each time a smoker buys a pack of cigarettes, they are paying taxes that would otherwise come out of everyone's pocket. If people are that fed up with tobacco and smokers, make it ILLEGAL. Until it's ILLEGAL, people have a right to choose to smoke, businesses have a right to chose to allow smoking and the city/county/state/federal government should allow the business owner to decide how to run his/her business.
