The way our commissioners are talking you would think everybody needs to be in damn haz-mat suits just in case they walk through second hand smoke. I personally think someone trying to drive over a cross walk gaurd is more of a health hazzard than being exposed to second hand smoke for a few minutes.......but what do I know.
I wonder......if the no smoking ban is based upon health issues.......then what if I light up, oh, say, a cigarette made from Lettuce? It poses no health risk, is not illegal............can i smoke that in a public place? Or is the Tobacco Gestapho going to kick in my skull?
