You also have to take into account that the statement came from Sacred Heart who probably has a lot to lose financially and such if there is a perception an of their kids were in danger soooo...to believe their statement or not...that is a question. |
You're right, Army - I meant that it didn't look like it was a student in her class, not that it didn't appear to be a Sacred Heart student. Not knowing at the time, it would have been pretty naive to think it wasn't a student at all. Sacred Heart does have a lot to lose financially, but they had to weigh that against their reputation if they tried to sweep this kind of thing under the rug. It might be a private religious school, but they have some mighty good legal beagles on their staff to advise them when things like this happen.
