I have been at some facilities in KANSAS, and specifically in SW KANSAS, where even smoking on the premises-outdoors was banned. It was funny to drive by there and see the employees all standing across the street on the sidewalk, smoking!
Geez, take out "prisons"------you cannot have any tobacco on the premises, or you will be terminated. However, some of the "inmates" have "funny tobacco" there!
Even though I have recently quit partaking myself, I don't hold it against anyone, as that is their choice. The world has gotten pretty "screwy" in the last decade or so. One person bitches, and then the other 42 million has to conform!!
