Park City tax break seals deal for Foley

Foley Equipment Co. is moving ahead with its purchase of the Optima Bus Corp. building in Park City thanks to the Park CityCouncil's approval of a seven-year tax abatement this week.

'We've been wanting to expand,' says president Ann Konecny. 'It's a great building for it.'

The company will use the space for its Foley Power Systems, which is movingfrom Dodge City where Foley Equipment has a full-service Caterpillar dealership.

'We want to put our engine rebuild business up there where we rebuild engines... for any use but particularly in the petroleum industry,' Konecny says.
