| From what was on the news today, it seem that the containment wall on the tiger pen wasn't tall enough. Call me picky, but I think someone should have noticed this before the kitty ate the kid. I used to live a few houses away from Rick Armstrong (remember the D.C. tiger guy??) and I always wondered if that 8 foot chain link fence would hold back a determined tiger. I doubt it. I always figured when we went walknig down Park. St. that we would eventually see a pile of Rick leftovers out in the backyard... |
