Everybody must remember that we live in America. In America the law says you are innocent until proven guilty. There are a lot of you here that have already judged him as guilty without knowing all the facts and without it being presented to a jury of his peers. I say give him the benefit of the doubt and let the facts come out in court and let a jury decide if he is guilty or not. Guilt or innocence isn't something that the members of Dodgeboard or the citizens of Dodge City should decide without sitting in a courtroom and hearing/seeing all the facts in the case as presented by both sides.
