I think when the City as a whole decides to not put up with it anymore, we could see a dramatic change on the streets. You are also correct about what happens to them. If they dont show up to court, we just hunt them down with warrants. I think that our Justice system needs to start seeing this activity in a much more severe way. I dont know, maybe classify it as "Domestic Terrorism" instead of "Gang activity". Make it sound more serious, and make the punishment more harsh. Regardless, we will continue to have no tolerance and deal with them accordingly on our end of the deal. As a community, watch your surroundings carefully, be aware of what your kids are doing and who they are hanging around. I think that it one of the main issues! Most of the new members are in Jr High school for crying out loud! Parents need to buckle down and butt heads more often. And of course, call us if you see anything!
