| A few years ago, there was a master plan for Boot Hill. It contained several new approaches for the museum to stay afloat, and perhaps make money. The powers that be did not care for it, so it was shelved. One recommendation was for a local steak house that could be franchised as the name spread...Instead, space was rented or given to Applebees; and parking spaces were given to Montana Mikes for employee parking. Another concept was a small scale hotel...Instead we now have new out of town franchised motels. |
