Bubba don't go given your money to schmucks - IF he really missed work at Excel then that tells me he wasn't supposed to be in my USA at all. There is ENOUGH handouts - geesh we don't need to pay them too........I say NO money - send a pony to Mexico and bring back some money - bout time we had some of theirs instead of them having all of ours........I doubt very seriously if he is even from Mexico.........I think he is Fred in a sombrero.....
