My boss has been trying to get me on Sprint for years, but the last time I went into United Wireless (in the mall) to ask them about it (which was about a year ago) they said they couldn't help me, so I'm stuck on Alltel.

IN a review of cell phones and services nationwide Spring was rated last in EVERY CATEGORY of the major carriers. Alltel isn't as large as others but as a small company they got good marks. I have had alltel for almost 3 years and have only went to the store about once or twice a year and that was either to get a new phone or for an accessorie and I had great service. If you go during peak times you will wait in line just like at Walmart or anywhere else. I had a mistake in my bill once and they fixed it quickly with no issues.
