| When I say the wait staff is all the same, that does mean that there are good ones, as well. I do like one of them that has been to a couple establishments, and she does a wonderful job. BUT, once you have a "bad apple", it ruins it for the entire establishment (see prior posts in this thread). I will always try to make a comment and tip well with the wait staff that are good in this community.
As for references, you should be able to tell the caller about work attendance, competence, etc. OR, develop a code that means "this person sucks as a waitress".
