City commission to decide smoking ordinance first meeting of February

Rather than simply a "smoking section," the ordinance said a room, complete with separating walls and a completely separate ventilation system, would have to be created.

The room would have to have signs clearly designating the area as smoking. Employees who did not want to serve in the smoking areas could also inform their employers that they would not enter the area....
