| Course living where I do the death penalty is a friend of mine. I think this 10 year appeal crap ought to be waived in this case and Texas ought to just get R done. Niether the illegal or the employer deserve anything - the illegal was sex offender in 99 - the world would just be safer without either one of them. If ya run with scum you are part of the scum. May not of pulled the trigger but your actions certainly attributed to the event. The employer was not "in the dark" here and he deserves the needle along with the perp.
