WTF??? Do you even read what you are writing about, or what you are writing? It wasn't to get his name on a bill. It was about getting a casino in Ford County. The bill that was going thru to allow casino gambling in Kansas had NO Ford County in it. He came back to get Ford County in the bill. It says that right in the article. If he didn't spend the money to come back, we wouldn't have voted for a casino in Ford County, which passed by a pretty big margin by the way. He took all the steps to see that he could ethically do it before he did it, so he went out of his way to make sure he wasn't violating any rules.
I would say that anybody that thinks the casino is a good idea for Ford County owes him a big THANK YOU for spending the money and getting Ford County added to the bill.
