I think that is the problem with most stores now. As long as your not late and show up for work, you will have no problem. Then the hard workers have to take up the slack for them.
Which tends to piss off the hard workers and they move on to another job and the same thing happens unless they get lucky.
I think if they could be compensated for doing extra then it wouldn't be a problem and they would not feel used. Unfortunately there will always be slackers.
