No, it's whatever candidate has the most money. Doesn't Huckabee have the strongest message vs illegal immigration and another message about tax reform? (Fair tax!) YET he has only won one state and placed a distant 3rd in the others. It's partly about message but more so about MONEY to get the message out.
I watched the debate last night with Hillary, Obama and Edwards....I shuddered almost everytime they opened their mouths.
They all let the words "we NEED universal healthcare" fall from their lips...but none of them talked about how it would be paid for or implemented. Any idea's?
