| Welcome back! You're right on, but I suspect the judge knew it would just be a media frenzy and just wanted to dispose of it. True, the insurance company could go after the guilty party and probably will since this has become a high-profile case and will want it on record - then again, it would cost money and bring no monetary relief. At least the jerk was treated the way he acted - with pure disregard to his wants/needs. Hoorah, indeed!
