| Wasn't that something Dodge tried at one time - the limit on the number of families per household? Seemed to me at the time that it was pointed toward those workers who drove new cars/trucks, but lived in abject poverty? I don't know how that turned out, but to do that realistically, one would have to have the support of all the landlords in the area. It's a health hazard all by itself! In our office, we "live" together 9 hours a day, 5 days a week and keep passing the same germs around. We're still sick from the bug that went around before Thanksgiving! It's no wonder they're a drag on our free medical community.
