| What I cant understand...and I heard it all over the news tv stations this weekend....
People being charged with first degree "felony" murder. Now, I am not a lawyer, but I do know something about laws...and I dont think anyone has ever been charged with first degree "misdemeanor" murder...vehicular manslaughter is a misdemeanor...but murder in the first degree? Maybe they just say it because it sounds so much more impressive? "Not only is he being charged with first degree murder...but it is FELONY level also!!"?!?!?!? |
