| Now I don't know much about most programs but I do know about immunizations. It is a Federally funded program and all the state blow hards aren't going to change anything. It's a horse they can't mount. I also know WIC is federal and you do have to have SS#'s on the kids to get WIC - again a horse they can't mount - nor do they need to.
I'm impressed with the employer mandated checking but for the rest - I think they are spittin in the wind - just to make you feel they are doing something. Altho there really is nothing they can do when it comes to some programs. It's not state money that funds it.
